All boats must be registered at the Resort office. Any boat not registered will be removed at the owner’s expense. No boats are to be parked on camp sites. Please use the boat parking near the boat launch.

Cabin Check-In is 4:00pm / Check-Out is 11:00am. No smoking in the cabin. No tents on the cabin site. All trash must be disposed of in dumpsters. NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABIN.

If you camping plans change please let us know as soon as possible. Your site / cabin may have a reservation on it. We will do our best to accommodate you.

No small children without supervision at the playground or beach. Please do not leave small children unattended. You are responsible for your children and their actions. It is your responsibility to make sure they know the resort rules.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ON THEIR SITE BY 11:00pm UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT.

NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 MAY CONSUME ALCOHOL ON LINCOLN PINES RESORT PROPERTY.

No outside firewood is allowed. Gathering wood in the adjoining woods is permitted provided the wood is dead and down. Campfires are permitted in fire pits only. Never leave campfire unattended and make sure it is completely out when retiring for the evening. Firewood can be purchased at the park store and guard shack.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS OR GUNS ARE ALLOWED ON LINCOLN PINES RESORT PROPERTY. This includes paintball guns, air guns, or pellet guns of all sorta. Violators will be asked to leave without refund of camping fee.

Dumpsters are provided for all garbage. Do not leave garbage on your site when leaving the Resort. All garbage must be in bags. Do not burn trash.  Please your site neat and orderly at all times.

NO ONE MAY OPERATE A GOLF CART WITHOUT A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE. All golf carts must be registered through the office and a proof of your insurance must be on file. Golf carts must obey all traffic signs.

Coin operated laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers are available 24 hours a day. Located at the Bath House.

Must be 21 years or older to rent and occupy a campsite / cabin. No drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed under age of 21.

Please do not park on empty campsites. Additional parking is available for guests.

Pets are always welcome but have to be leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed on the beach or in the swimming area. You are responsible for your pet’s behaviors and leavings. Any pet that disturbs other tenants will be removed from the park.

Entrance to the Resort constitutes permission for the staff of the Resort to photograph or film anyone while on premises and to use any pictures or film for any purpose without payment, inspection, or review.

Do not destroy or damage any property, you will be held responsible for any such damages due to you, your children, or your guests.

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am, Sunday through Thurday and 11:00pm to 8:00am Friday and Saturday. Remember, even a whisper can seem loud in the quiet of the night.

All rates are based on 1 family and camping unit 1 per site. Family consists of husband, wife, and unmarried children under the age of 21.

We work hard to keep our restrooms, showers and facilities clean. Please do not allow children to play in these areas. If you see an area which needs attention, please let us know.

NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS OR CAMPING NIGHTS.

SPEED LIMIT IN THE PARK IS 15MPH AT ALL TIMES. THIS INCLUDES GOLF CARTS. Please watch for small children and pedestrians.

Visitors are welcome. All visitors must register at the office. Visitors must leave by 10:00pm. Actions and safety of your visitors are your responsibility.

The wooded trails are for golf cart traffic, walking and bicycles only. No vehicles permitted on trails.

Persons using Lincoln Pines Resort and its facilities do so at their own risk and they assume full responsibility for injury or illness while using our grounds and facilities. The Resort and Management assume no liability for stored units or any personal property which may remain therein, nor for any accidents or injuries, electrical outage, fire, theft, or lost or stole items. We reserve the right to evict anyone not abiding by the guidelines of Resort or for behavior which is detrimental to the Resort or its guests.
